碳/碳导流筒的产品用途：

碳/碳导流筒主要用于控制热场的轴向温度梯度和引导气流。导流筒阻隔单晶炉体以及熔硅对晶体的热辐射，利于晶体散热，形成晶体生长所需的温度梯度，以提高晶体生长速度；引导由单晶炉顶从上向下吹的氩气集中地喷吹到固液界面附近，维持其清洁度，同时更加有利于晶体散热，加大晶体生长所需的温度梯度，以提高晶体生长速度；对高温硅熔体起保温作用，节约能源。

Product usage:

The C/C guide tube is mainly used to control the axial temperature gradient of the thermal field and guide the airflow. The tube blocks the heat radiation of the single crystal furnace and molten silicon to the crystal, which is conducive to the crystal heat dissipation, forming the temperature gradient required for crystal growth, and improving the crystal growth rate. Argon gas blowing from top to bottom from the top of the single crystal furnace is directed to the solid-liquid interface to maintain its cleanliness, and at the same time, it is more conducive to crystal heat dissipation, increase the temperature gradient required for crystal growth, and improve the crystal growth rate. It can hold heat for high temperature silicon melt and save energy.
